**Prenatal Yoga - 2025 SPRING - 6-Class, EVENING VIRTUAL**
This VIRTUAL series of six 75-minute sessions will be focused on relaxation and preparation for your birth. Join our community as we learn about the pelvic floor, what happens during birth, and read, journal, share together each week.
Practice will also include pranayama (breathing exercises) and take-home postures that you can include for a home practice.
